visunext UK is based in Norfolk, however we are part of a larger European group located in Emsdetten, Germany. Since opening in 2009 we have shipped products to our customers from our warehouse located in Germany. Leaving the EU and the subsequent Brexit deal has changed the way that we operate, so we’ve tried to answer some of the most frequently asked questions below. Will I still be able to purchase from visunext after Brexit on the 31st December 2020?

Yes, visunext UK will still be here for you in 2021.

Will I have to pay import fees or any extra taxes on items I buy from visunext after the 1st January 2021.

For most orders, this should not be the case. If there are going to be any import fees due, we will be sure to contact you to discuss this before dispatch of the order. If there are any fees, we expect them to be around 10-22% depending on the goods and couriers will also charge a small fee for processing the transaction. We are working hard to remove the possibility of import fees from all orders and will update you when we have more news. 

How long will delivery take? 

We were seeing some delays on deliveries due to COVID-19 and Brexit, but delivery times are slowly getting back to something we could consider normal. We would usually expect delivery within seven days from order, but please be patient with any order placed.

Can I still order in Northern Ireland?

Sadly at the moment we are unable to accept orders from Northern Ireland.

Can I speed up delivery? 

We do have an express delivery option on our website, this will speed up the process of delivery but may not be a next day service. 

If I return a product, will this be delayed by COVID-19 or Brexit?

Returns should be posted to our UK office, so should not be affected by Brexit.
